Sauced Crab Ball

Ingredients

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, flaked
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 put first 5 ingredients into small bowl.
- 2 beat until well combined.
- 3 shape into ball.
- 4 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- 5 just before serving, place on serving plate.
- 6 pour cocktail sauce over crab ball.
- 7 garnish with chives.
- 8 add more cocktail sauce as needed.
