Ingredients

- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar (or simple syrup, to taste)
- 2 ounces light rum
- club soda
Recipe
- 1 in shaker filled with ice, blend pineapple juice, sugar/syrup and rum; strain into chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes.
- 2 fill with club soda; stir.
