Ingredients

- 2 cups ice
- 1 nectarine, peeled,pitted and sliced
- 3 ounces golden rum
- 2 ounces peach schnapps
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Recipe
- 1 add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
- 2 cover and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth (may have to pulse on and off to get the blending started).
- 3 pour into chilled wine glasses and enjoy.
