- 1/2 fluid ounce de kuyper creme de menthe, green
- 2 1/2 ounces soda water
- 1 fluid ounce apple juice
Recipe
- 1 shake together with ice the first 3 ingredients.
- 2 strain into highball glass half filled with cubed ice. add soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
