Reuben Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 1/2 lb corned beef, chopped
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, sliced
- assorted cracker (rye krisps are great)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except bread and crackers in a medium saucepan and heat until melted together.
- 2 serve warm spread on pumpermickel slices and/or crackers.
