- 20 ml frangelico
- 15 ml pear puree
- 15 ml lemon juice, fresh
- champagne, to top
- ice
Recipe
- 1 shake and strain all ingredients, except champagne, into an ice-filled highball glass.
- 2 top with champagne and garnish with skewered blueberries.
