Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle rose wine
- 1/2 lb strawberry
- 20 -25 lemon balm leaves
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
Recipe
- 1 remove tops from strawberries, wash and slice.
- 2 chop the herbs finely.
- 3 mix all ingredients and seal in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid.
- 4 shake well.
- 5 refrigerate for two days, shaking occasionally.
- 6 strain through a cloth towel, and serve chilled.
