Kicked Up Hanky Panky

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb italian sausage (i use sweet)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes (well drained)
  • 1 loaf rye cocktail bread

Recipe

  • 1 brown hamburger, sausage and onion in a large skillet.
  • 2 drain well.
  • 3 add velveeta cheese, stir until melted.
  • 4 add well drained rotel.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 place rye bread slices on two cookie sheets.
  • 7 top with a heaping tbl. of mixture.
  • 8 place cookie sheets in the freezer for an hour or two.
  • 9 remove from freezer and place hanky pankies in ziplock freezer bags.
  • 10 when ready to use, take directly from freezer and bake at 350* for 10 to 15 minutes.
