Kicked Up Hanky Panky

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1 lb italian sausage (i use sweet)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes (well drained)
- 1 loaf rye cocktail bread
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger, sausage and onion in a large skillet.
- 2 drain well.
- 3 add velveeta cheese, stir until melted.
- 4 add well drained rotel.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 place rye bread slices on two cookie sheets.
- 7 top with a heaping tbl. of mixture.
- 8 place cookie sheets in the freezer for an hour or two.
- 9 remove from freezer and place hanky pankies in ziplock freezer bags.
- 10 when ready to use, take directly from freezer and bake at 350* for 10 to 15 minutes.
