Ingredients
- 1 ripe papaya (peeled)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- strawberry, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 cut in small pieces and puree in electric blender.
- 2 add milk and other ingredients; blend until thoroughly smooth.
- 3 serve in 4 oz. glasses, garnished with a strawberry.
