Ingredients

- 1 papaya, ripe
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 peel papaya, and cut into small pieces, puree in elelcric blender.
- 2 add the milk,rum, ice, and sugar. blend thoroughly until smooth.
- 3 pour into 4 ounce glasses.
- 4 garnish with a strawberry.
