Ruby Diamond

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces leblon cachaca
  • 2 ounces lychee puree
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 dash simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 6 mint leaves

Recipe

  • 1 muddle mint and pomegranate in a shaker.
  • 2 shake with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • 4 garnish with pomegranate seeds.
