Flame Of Love Martini

Ingredients

• 2 ounces stolichnaya vodka
• 2 -3 drops sherry wine
• 1 orange

Recipe

• 1 swirl a few drops of sherry in a chilled cocktail glass and pour back out.
• 2 squeeze a strip of orange peel into the glass, flame' it with a match, then discard burnt peel.
• 3 fill the glass with ice cubes; until chilled, and remove ice.
• 4 add vodka, flame' another orange peel around the rim, then discard burnt peel.
• 5 stir gently, and serve.
