- mint sprig
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (fresh is best)
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups salad oil
Recipe
- 1 place papaya balls in cocktail glasses.
- 2 garnish with a sprig of mint.
- 3 serve with dressing.
