Chinese Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 ounces jamaican dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon triple sec
  • 1 teaspoon maraschino juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 1 dash bitters

Recipe

  • 1 pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  • 2 shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
  • 3 garnish with a paper umbrella and a maraschino cherry.
