Passionfruit Cocktail (trinidad)

Ingredients

- 4 passion fruit, ripe or 1 cup passion fruit juice
- 4 ounces rum
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups crushed ice
- angostura bitters
- freshly grated nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 cut the top off each passionfruit and scoop out the pulp and juice. strain the juice and use a spoon to scrape against the side of the strainer to get the juice out of the pulp.
- 2 in a pitcher combine the juice with the rum, sugar, and ice. stir well.
- 3 pour the mixture into 4 glasses. add a dash of bitters and sprinkle nutmeg over each. serve.
