Piquant Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 (1 lb) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in a large bowl combine, beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, and minced onion.
  • 3 blend well.
  • 4 form mixture into meatballs.
  • 5 arrange on a 15 x 10 pan.
  • 6 in a medium saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  • 7 cook over medium head stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted.
  • 8 pour over meatballs.
  • 9 bake uncovered 30 minutes.
