Sangrita Rooster Tail

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- tabasco sauce (1-2 dashes or to taste)
- premium tequila, to taste (commerativo or herradura)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the sangrita ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours (needs to be very cold).
- 2 serve the sangrita in a highball glasses (can garnish with a fresh chile pepper and a sprinkle of cumin).
- 3 serve the tequila in shot glasses beside the rosy sangrita.
