Lychee Ginger Martini

Ingredients

• 1 ounce lychee puree
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1/2 ounce triple sec
• ginger beer

Recipe

• 1 rim glass with coarse sugar if desired.
• 2 place lychee puree, vodka, and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
• 3 shake until chilled and strain into a martini glass.
• 4 fill the martini glass with ginger beer.
• 5 garnish with an exotic fruit such as a lychee or a slice of starfruit.
