Simple But Great Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 cups ketchup
• 1 -2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 1 lemon

Recipe

• 1 put ketchup in a bowl.
• 2 mix in 1-2 tablespoons of horseradish. this step will determine the amount of heat the cocktail sauce will have. start out with adding just a little horseradish, stir and test. add little by little till desired kick. we like so much in ours that it makes our eyes water!
• 3 squeeze in juice from 1/2 to a whole lemon. mix.
• 4 it's better if you cover or put in airtight container for several hours be fore serving.
• 5 if it gets too much of a kick stir in more ketchup!
