Ingredients

- 3 ounces bacardi limon
- 3 ounces bacardi big apple liqueur
- 3 fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
- 6 ounces club soda (or ginger ale)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 mint sprigs
- 1/2 fresh lime
Recipe
- 1 in blender, mix the sugar, fresh pineapple, mint and lime.
- 2 slowly add bacardi limon and big apple.
- 3 top off with club soda and stir well.
- 4 serve over ice.
