Mango Bubbly

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 mango
  • 2 ounces sugar syrup
  • 2 ounces malibu mango rum
  • 4 ounces absolut mango vodka
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled

Recipe

  • 1 blend mango, sugar syrup, mango rum, and mango vodka in a blender to make a puree.
  • 2 chill puree in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • 3 add 1.5 oz of puree to a champagne glass and top with chilled champagne.
