Healthy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans pink salmon, drained skin and bones removed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients and mix well. if the mixture is too soft, add more oats. if the mixture is too dry add another egg .
- 2 shape into cakes.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 30-45 minutes or until browned.
- 4 serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.
