Healthy Salmon Patties

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans pink salmon, drained skin and bones removed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and mix well. if the mixture is too soft, add more oats. if the mixture is too dry add another egg .
  • 2 shape into cakes.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 30-45 minutes or until browned.
  • 4 serve with tartar sauce or cocktail sauce.
