- 2 ounces pineau (pineau des charentes)
- 1 1/2 ounces blood orange juice
- 6 -8 mint leaves
- club soda (optional)
Recipe
- 1 stack the mint leaves in a shaker using a pestle or the back of a spoon.
- 2 add the pineau des charentes, the juice and the ice cubes. shake vigorously.
- 3 pour contents of shaker into a collins glass and garnish with two straws, an orange segment and a mint top.
