Mojita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 4 -5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces simple syrup (below)
  • 2 ounces rum
  • club soda

Recipe

  • 1 place lime wedges and mint leaves in a pint glass.
  • 2 muddle with the handle of a wooden spoon for 30 seconds.
  • 3 add simple syrup and rum.
