Ingredients

- 2 lime wedges
- 4 -5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 ounces simple syrup (below)
- 2 ounces rum
- club soda
Recipe
- 1 place lime wedges and mint leaves in a pint glass.
- 2 muddle with the handle of a wooden spoon for 30 seconds.
- 3 add simple syrup and rum.
- 4 fill glass with ice and top off with club soda.
