Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- angostura aromatic bitters, to taste
- 6 sugar cubes
- 1 (750 ml) btl chilled sparkling wine
- 2 passion fruit, halved, pulp removed
Recipe
- 1 place 5 drops of bitters, or to taste, in bases of 6 glasses.
- 2 place a sugar cube in each glass and pour over the sparkling wine.
- 3 add the passionfruit pulp and serve.
