Sidecar Martini

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 1 1/2 ounces calvados
• 1 ounce cointreau liqueur
• 2 ounces lemon juice, separated
• 1 tablespoon superfine sugar

Recipe

• 1 wet the rim of a martini glass by dipping it in a shallow plate filled with 1 ounce of lemon juice.
• 2 dip the glass into the superfine sugar and set aside.
• 3 combine the calvados, cointreau, and 1 ounce lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• 4 shake vigorously.
• 5 strain into the martini glass.
