Chocolate Martini

Total Time: 47 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 chocolate candy bar
  • 5 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Recipe

  • 1 about 1/2 hour before needed, melt 1/2 chocolate bar per serving over low heat, til just melted.
  • 2 do not over cook.
  • 3 drizzle chocolate into martini glasses in zigzag pattern over interior of each glass.
  • 4 freeze until ready to make drink.
  • 5 combine vodka and cream de cocao in a jigger with ice.
  • 6 shake briskly til thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  • 7 pour into waiting glasses.
  • 8 top with a sprig of mint.
  • 9 or try a dusting of nutmeg or cinnamon for variation.
  • 10 enjoy!
