Easy Frozen Fruit Salad/dessert

Ingredients

• 1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 (29 ounce) fruit cocktail, thoroughly drained (packed in pear juice)
• 2 bananas (sliced or diced)
• lettuce leaf (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in a medium sized bowl, mix together the marshmallow creme and sour cream with a fork. add the thoroughly drained mixed fruit and the bananas. place in a 8x8 pan and place in the freezer. freeze 24 hours, stirring occasionally. remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving time and cut into pieces. serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
