Frozen Banana Rum Smoothie

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 ounces rum
  • 3 tablespoons butterscotch sundae sauce
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Recipe

  • 1 quarter the banana and place in blender.
  • 2 add vanilla ice cream.
  • 3 add ice.
  • 4 add butterscotch.
  • 5 add rum.
  • 6 blend on slower setting first to break things up, then switch to higher speeds until nice and smooth, adding some milk or rum if necessary to get things going.
  • 7 you'll need a big glass. best served when hot (the person that is :).
