Layered Seafood Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 16 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
  • 8 ounces lump crabmeat, use real stuff
  • 8 ounces baby shrimp
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and old bay. spread in the bottom of a 10" round platter or pie plate.
  • 2 spread the coktail sauce over cream chees mixture.
  • 3 mix and flake crabmeat together with the shrimp (or use all crabmeat) and sprinkle over cocktal sauce.
  • 4 top with the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 5 best if chilled for about 4 hours prior to serving.
