Eggnog

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups bourbon
  • 1 cup jamaican rum
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 3 pints heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg yolks until fluffy.
  • 2 beat in sugar and slowly stir in bourbon (if using),rum and brandy.
  • 3 lightly whip 16 ounces of cream then blend all cream into mixture.
  • 4 blend in milk.
  • 5 beat egg whites until peaks form.
  • 6 fold into egg nog.
  • 7 serve. (may want to garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top).
