- 3 ice cubes
- 1 1/4 ounces gin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- dry champagne (or other sparkling wine)
Recipe
- 1 into a cocktail shaker, place 3 ice cubes, gin, sugar, and lemon juice. shake very well with flair.
- 2 strain contents of shaker into a champagne glass, then top off the glass with champagne. serve immediately.
