Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pure cranberry juice (not hfcs-laden "cranberry cocktail)
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon curd
- 1 handful dried cranberries
- 1 handful of chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 whisk the oats, cranberry juice, milk, and lemon curd together in a microwave-safe bowl. nuke for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
- 2 add the cranberries and pecans to garnish.
