Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• superfine sugar
• 1 1/2 ounces light rum
• 4 strawberries
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce lime cordial (rose's)
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup (2 parts sugar 1 part water)
• 1 cup ice, crushed

Recipe

• 1 if desired, coat outer rim of a hurricane glass with superfine sugar.
• 2 add rum, strawberries, lime juice, lime cordial, simple syrup, and ice to a blender.
• 3 blend until mixture is smooth.
• 4 pour into hurricane glass; garnish with lime slice.
