Swamp Water Surprise

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 2 ounces rum
• 1/4 ounce blue curacao
• 1 ounce orange juice
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1 (3 ounce) package lime jell-o gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 3/4 cup vodka

Recipe

• 1 dissolve the jell-o in boiling water.
• 2 add the vodka and set it in the freezer.
• 3 when jello is set, pour the rum, blue curacao and juices into a cocktail shaker with ice.
• 4 shake well.
• 5 strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• 6 garnish with a scoop of the jello.
