• 6 teaspoons bourbon, 1 1/2 measure
• 1 1/2 tablespoons dark jamaica rum, 1 measure
• 1 1/2 tablespoons double cream, 1 measure (heavy)

Recipe

• 1 shake all the ingredients well with ice to amalgamate the cream, and strain into a cocktail glass. sift grated chocolate over the top.
