Ruth's Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans deveined baby shrimp
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle seafood cocktail sauce
  • parsley (optional)
  • serve with cracker

Recipe

  • 1 mix cream cheese, worcestershire, mayo, onion, and garlic salt together. spread this mixture to cover the bottom of a pizza pan or round platter.
  • 2 spread the cocktail sauce over top of the cream cheese layer.
  • 3 remove shrimp from cans and break it up with a fork. sprinkle the shredded shrimp over top of the cocktail sauce.
  • 4 optional: sprinkle parsley on top.
  • 5 chill until serving time. serve with crackers (we like ritz with this).
