Ingredients

- 2 ounces dark rum
- 3 ounces apple juice
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 slice fresh ginger, thin slice
- 1 small cinnamon stick
Recipe
- 1 add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan and heat gently to dissolve the honey.
- 2 when hot, strain into a heatproof mug.
