Jamaican Sorrel Drink

Total Time: 12 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 cups sorrel, pedals
  • 1 ounce gingerroot (one inch thick piece)
  • 6 whole pimientos
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to a boil.
  • 2 place sorrel, ginger and cloves into boiled water.
