Small Sausage Pies

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 glass milk
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut in small pieces
  • 1 lb cocktail franks
  • 1 egg, with
  • 1 tablespoon water, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together, up to the butter and make the dough, divide in 9 equal pieces with the rolling pin make thin rectangular sheets and cut into small strips butter a baking pan, in each stripe place a sausage and roll the dough to seal it.
