Small Sausage Pies

Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 glass milk
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 5 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb cocktail franks
- 1 egg, with
- 1 tablespoon water, beaten
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, up to the butter and make the dough, divide in 9 equal pieces with the rolling pin make thin rectangular sheets and cut into small strips butter a baking pan, in each stripe place a sausage and roll the dough to seal it.
