S'mores Martini

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 2 ounces vodka (good quality)
• 1 ounce monin toasted marshmallow syrup or 1 ounce torani toasted marshmallow syrup
• 1 ounce chocolate syrup (plus additional for spiral)
• 1 ounce half-and-half cream
• graham cracker crumbs

Recipe

• 1 dip rim of chilled martini glass into the toasted marshmallow syrup and then into graham cracker crumbs, set aside.
• 2 fill mixing tin with ice, vodka, toasted marshmallow syrup, chocolate syrup and half & half; cap and shake.
• 3 drizzle chocolate syrup in a spiral from bottom of glass up to the rim.
• 4 strain cocktail into the martini glass and garnish.
• 5 sprinkle chocolate shavings on top and place over three oreo coated marshmallow halves speared with a bamboo skewer. note: as an optional garnishment, toast 3 mini marshmallows, spear and place on top.
