Ingredients

- 1/2 cup peach nectar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- crushed ice
- 3/4 cup sparkling wine or 3/4 cup champagne, chilled and divided
Recipe
- 1 mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup champagne in a blender until smooth.
- 2 pour into champagne flutes.
- 3 top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
