Frozen Belini's

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup sparkling wine or 3/4 cup champagne, chilled and divided

Recipe

  • 1 mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup champagne in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 pour into champagne flutes.
  • 3 top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
