Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 quart rum (60-95 or 151 proof )
- 1 ounce sugar syrup (per serving)
- 2 ounces club soda (per serving) or 2 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage (per serving)
- 2 ice cubes (per serving) or 3 ounces cracked ice (per serving)
- 1 maraschino cherry (per serving)
- 1 lime wedges (per serving) or 1 pineapple chunk (per serving)
Recipe
- 1 1. mix.
- 2 2. 1/2 inch or 13mm slice of frozen pineapple juice concentrate ( 12oz size ).
- 3 3. 1/2 inch or 13mm slice of frozen limeade juice concentrate ( 12oz size ).
- 4 4. 1-2 shots or jigger ( shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ), ( jigger = 1.5 fl oz or 44ml ) 60-95 proof rum.
- 5 5. 1fl.oz = ( one fluid ounce ) bartenders sugar syrup as needed.
- 6 6. 1 shot or splash of soda water.
- 7 7. 1-2 cubes ice or shots of crushed ice.
- 8 8. serve in cocktail/martini glass or tumbler, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a citrus or pineapple wedge .

- 10 10. pina-lime splash 7 ( use lemon-lime beverage instead of soda water ).
- 11 11. pina-lime alaska ( blend 3 or more ice cubes plus all ingredient's - minus soda or 7up ).
- 12 12. pina-lime splash meltdown ( use 151 proof rum ).
- 13 13. pina-lime border blast add (1 shot = 1fl oz or 30ml ) tequila.
