Raspberry Pink Lemonade Tropical Cocktail

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 ounces raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 ounce light rum
  • 3/4 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and add ice until desired consistency is reached.
  • 2 pour into glass immediately and top with whip cream, if desired.
