Rogers Shrimp Cocktail

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb prawns
  • 8 cups water
  • 3 lbs ice
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 ounces prepared horseradish
  • lemon

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to full boil, this is a must! add prawns and return to a boil about 5 minute remove from heat and imerse in ice water bath. store in fridge in water bath for up to 5 days. cocktail sauce: mix ketchup with prepared horseradish and juice from half a lemon. dip shrimp eat!
