- 1 lb prawns
- 8 cups water
- 3 lbs ice
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 ounces prepared horseradish
- lemon
Recipe
- 1 bring water to full boil, this is a must! add prawns and return to a boil about 5 minute remove from heat and imerse in ice water bath. store in fridge in water bath for up to 5 days. cocktail sauce: mix ketchup with prepared horseradish and juice from half a lemon. dip shrimp eat!
