- 3 ounces feijoa vodka (42 below)
- 3 ounces cloudy apple juice
- 1/2 ounce pear nectar (pear puree)
- 1/2 ounce elderflower cordial
- 1 dash of lime bitters
- fresh cilantro
- ice
Recipe
- 1 in a shaker, lightly bruise cilantro with ice.
- 2 add all other ingredients.
- 3 shake and double strain into an ice filled collins glass.
- 4 garnish with a feijoa wheel and a sprig of cilantro.
