Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon bitters
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce maple syrup
  • 6 ounces champagne
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 in a champagne flute, stir together the bitters, lemon juice and maple syrup; once combined, pour in the champagne.
  • 2 squeeze the lemon wedge into the flute, then wipe the rim with it and discard.
