Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon bitters
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce maple syrup
- 6 ounces champagne
- lemon wedge
Recipe
- 1 in a champagne flute, stir together the bitters, lemon juice and maple syrup; once combined, pour in the champagne.
- 2 squeeze the lemon wedge into the flute, then wipe the rim with it and discard.
