Holiday Punch

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 quart cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 liters ginger ale
- 1 lime, sliced
Recipe
- 1 dissolve sugar in two cups boiling water.
- 2 cool.
- 3 add all ingredients.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 serve chilled.
- 6 if using a punch bowl, freeze 1/3 of punch mixture and limes in a ring mold or in a block.
- 7 use the frozen mixture to keep punch cold without diluting it.
