Liquid Lemon Tart

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 1 tablespoon lime cordial (like roses lime cordial or lime juice)
• 1 graham cracker, crushed
• ice
• 1/2 ounce lemon-flavored vodka
• 1 ounce limoncello (lemoncello)
• 1 ounce lemon curd
• 2 -3 ounces whipped cream
• lemon zest (garnish)

Recipe

• 1 rim a cocktail glass with the cordial and crushed graham crackers.
• 2 fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
• 3 add the lemon vodka, lemoncello, curd and whipped cream.
• 4 shake until frothy and strain into a cocktail glass.
