Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- sprite (or 7-up)
Recipe
- 1 add the pineapple juice, ginger ale, and bourbon to a bowl (i use tupperware bowl with a cover); stir well, cover and freeze until firm.
- 2 break the frozen mixture into chunks.
- 3 scoop frozen mixture into tall glasses, filling one-third to one-half full.
- 4 add in sprite and stir to make slushy.
